Update

I went back into the DR on New Years Eve for a Gastroscopy cause the opening to my new stomach was a little too small and was making me sick. I would gag on anything and everything from soup to my own saliva. I have had the gastroscopy done before in the past and woken up 2 times in the middle of it, with the tube still stuck in my throat. So thank goodness this time, I was completely out! I can not express how much I love the Park Rapids staff! They are awesome and kind and very helpful! So aside from that, I am back to my Step 2 diet until about the 7th because of the gastroscopy. Hopefully soon after that I can progress to Step 3 and get something solid into my system and start eating like a normal person. Another positive note from my last entery, I'm not an emotional wreck like before....at least not as much.  But now, I have a cold.  I battle one thing and get another. I really hope all this crappy stuff is over soon!

Also when I went into the DR for my check-up, I got the stitches out and everything is healing really well. Just itches alot. But I guess thats a good sign. Soon I'll be able to go swimming and sit in the hot tub for a bit. That I am really looking forward to, especially with the -25 degrees weather we're having lately!
