Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others, It is because we are different that each of us is special. Don't set your goals by what other people deem important, Only you know what is best for you. Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart Cling to that as you would your life, for without them life is meaningless. Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life. Don't give up when you still have something to give Nothing is really over … until the moment you stop trying. Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect, It is the fragile thread that binds us to each other. Don't be afraid to encounter risks, It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave. Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love. The fastest way to lose love is to hold on too tightly, And the best way to keep love is to give it wings. Don't dismiss your Dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope. To be without hope is to be without purpose. Don't run through life so fast that you forget where you've been, But also know where you're going. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored every step of the way.

I asked the Lord to give you peace and help you get through it without any complications on Monday! My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday and I am nervous also asking for peace. Bless you and very best wishes for a speedy recovery!!!

Hello Kathy - How exciting and <b>CONGRATULATIONS</b> your chance at a healthier life is just days away.   What a happy and important time for you.   Just remember your overall attitude plays a large role in your recovery, keep it POSITIVE and ask lots and lots of questions.   This is a new learning experience for all of us that choose this path and we draw so much from each other.   I look forward to reading all the wonderful and exciting changes that you will be blessed with as you begin to make your journey to the healthier and thinner side!   It is time to start living life for YOU.   This surgery is the first step of many that will lead you in the direction of your newly founded freedom. Kathy, I know you are probably a jumble of emotions right now; I know I was. Remember, you've researched, talked with your doctor, read this site and you know the benefits way out weigh the risks. Concentrate on your new life that YOU are giving yourself as a present; truly, a very positive move on your part. Sometimes I can hardly believe I had the courage to make the decision and follow through and what a mistake it would have been NOT to! Email me anytime. I hope all your weight-loss dreams come true.
