"I tried to get WLS surgery in 2005 and saw Dr. Afram at that time. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover it. On Dec. 4, 2010, my boyfriend and I both went to one of his seminars. We both felt he was the best person to perform the surgery. My boyfriend had his surgery on Feb, 22, 2011 and everything went smoothly. My insurance changed and I was able to have my surgery on July 12, 2011. The staff at Dr. Afram's office is not only courteous and professional, but they really care. I would highly recommend him and his team for both the surgery and group sessions afterward. "
