2010 Livin Life & Havin Fun

Hey O.H. fam..

I know it has been a min since i been on here! Just updating my friends on my progress thus far.  I am currently at 190.. damned holidays!!! so i've gained 10 or so pds since November. mainly from not working out regualry like i would normally do.  We've had the strangest weather in B-more these past few months.. a cople of snowstorms & blizzards. Has been keepin me inside.. not exercising... sittin around doin nothing.  But the weather has broken and I am back on my exercise grind!! I also started my promotion and entertainment venture with two of my closest friends in the world.  We host and promote club parties and events in the Baltimore metro area. A.M.J. 3 The Hard Way Entertainment !! I also still have my other business Erotic Essentials which is doing quite well.  Specializing in Adult Toys and Novelty Gifts  & In-home parties...as well as lingerie.  It keeps me quite busy not not always enough time for proper diet and exercise.  But since my last checkup I'm doing pretty good.. but im striving to get back to my stiff regimen!!!  Theres no rest for the weary..
