First week out

Well its one week out from surgery and all it well. Felling really quite good ...way better than expected. My experience in Mexicali was wonderful couldn't ask for a better hospital or care. I am really looking forward to getting off of these clear fluid ...I think I never want to see Unjury chicken broth again. Don't get me wrong its is a great way to get my protein in ..but 10 days is along time for anything. Down 8 lbs since surgery and I'm really happy about that. Have been out for a few walks and promised myself that I will get out more. So over all great week... I LOVE MY SLEEVE !!

Well the count down is on , and 5 more days until surgery. It can't come fast enough. Rolling emotions. I know I will be successful. I have waited along time for this . Can't stop wondering how I will be successful if I couln't even stay on a diet. Have to get rid of those thoughts. Wondering what I will look like and what I will be doing a year from now. Hopefully I will run a 5k . That is one of my goals for the next coming year.
