YOUR SIZE AFFECT YOUR HEART

A hypothesis was postulated saying, ‘the size of your heart equals that of your fist’. When I was young I once thought it was a good deal that I have a big heart. Yes, my thinking then was right. I would have the major functioning organ of your body in good size.
When I got much older and becoming a victim of weight and size, I find out that my fist had only increase with a little size. This is the costliest part of the issue. Approximately the same fist with a very large ratio of increase in body size, then I find out that increase in size does not meant increase in heart but it just meant overworking of the heart. This is the cause of your quick worn out at all time.
Are you asking yourself the same question I asked myself? The answer is yes. The sad truth is that the increase in size that is overworking the heart is reducing your life span. You would find out that as you add more pounds you have more cholesterol and you get tired faster. Then you are driving to a time that you would be over tired to do anything than to give up the ghost.
Well, am over it and am proud of getting such a privilege to be fat. Are you asking why? Then I would just tell you exactly why. You have a little increase in heart and a very large increase in size, now with the rapid reduction of my size, even smaller than my usually self at age 19. My heart had not reduced its size and had a more working capability. Yes, that is my joy and I want it to be yours too.
If you read my first article labeled 1, you would find out how I did lost a lot of pounds and was able to get back to my usual size. Only what you need is to get the Copy of the materials I used in getting back. If you can follow them, I bet your “quick” reduction. Your story would be the same as mine soonest
