Jamie, Congratulations!I just knew everything would go great and that you'd wake up with us here on the "other side" as they call it. I'm so happy for you. Now you're ready for the biggest journey of all :) I was so happy to see your smiling face on your profile! Now I have a face to go with the name. I will put a new picture up hopefully in the next couple of months .. if I ever reach my -100 mark. It'll be a while though. Best wishes on your recovery.. take it easy girl! Let me know if you need help with anything, ok?

Just hung up the phone from speaking with Jamie- she sounded wonderful- upbeat with a little laughter in her voice. She said 1st day was very rough but it gets better each day & that she is hopeing to be discharged on Sunday ( 2 more days)

I spoke with Jamie last night. She sounded alert, and was feeling a little better than the day of surgery. She has been up walking, and is sipping water. Hang on Jamie, it gets better each day, LET THE LOSING BEGIN.

Hi all. I spoke to Jaime's sister tonight and she is doing well. She is in pain and is in and out of sleep as can be expected, but she is through the surgery and on the other side. Yeah Jaime! Hang in there....each day is a little easier...
