"I had my group consultation on Feb.19th, 2003, for surgery with Dr. Jones. I was really surprised that it was standing room only. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We got started late, but it was no surprise. Dr. Jones was really very informative and personable. She didn't really cover much that I hadn't already found out from the internet. But I found out more about her and her experience as a doctor. Dr. Jones is confident in the surgery and her ability to do it well. That made me feel more secure in my decision to have this surgery. If I have to pick either surgical competence or beside manner? Surgical competence all the way...beside manner is just a bonus. So far, Dr. Jones and her staff get an A in my book."
