i am glad to say that after 11 years of struggling with pcos i have it under control some what .. i still have random facial hair that i quickly remove hahah but i have my period every 28 days like clockwork..i remember when at one point i didn't have one for over 2 years..i want to encourage you ladies that haven't been able to get pregnant ..i had my first daughter when i was 18 and i got preggers at 17 ..one month after i got married ..i named her destiny ..they told me i should have named her miracle because i would never have any more children..i didn't really have many periods after that and i steadliy gained weight ..i weighed 199 after i gave birth and one month later  i weighed 250 ...4 years after i gave birth to my first child i hadn't had a cycle in over a year and everyone told me i was crazy but i started feeling flutters i thought i was pregnant..and low and behold i was four mths pregnant with my second daughter !..it is possible to have babies..espically with the diet we maintain as gastric bypass patients..i had two kids and it was before my surgery

i'm sure a lot of people know about them but i didn't ...there are crystal lite icee's at 7 /11 ..i love it on a hot day..anyway i thought i would share

i hit onederland and i am sooo excited..i have noticed some stuff lately that i quite enjoy...we went to cancun last night as a family with my parents and brother for the first time since my weight loss and before when we would all sit there i would have to be the last person in and i would have to squeeze in on the side because my stomach would hit the table...well i slid right in and i was all the way on the inside of the booth where the corner is and that is the tighest part of the table and my stomach was no where near the table..it was awesome haah...i also have noticed or more figured out that i used to not fit in the seatbelt of my car towards the end ...i would have to put the seat all the way back and i am short i could barely reach the pedals and i would have to really push to get the thing on ..it was so emberassing espically with stephen in the car..now i can bring the seat up to where my feet can reach the pedals and..i can stretch the seat belt out all the way around my knees..i went to the movies and i fit in the seat like it was big like a regular person does and i thought for sure i was sitting in a new bigger seat ..so i had to sit in a few others to be sure i was that much smaller and stephen was laughing at me saying babe i swear you're just smaller ..we have gone to the beach twice this month and i have always loved the beach but i used to get really winded and i have no problems with that now ..my mom took me to macys the other day and i got to shop in the juniors department which i know you all know i enjoy but i was able to get an i.n.c sweater dress in a regular large and that felt nice..i have lost 122 pounds and 21 inches around my waist 13 around my bust and like 15 around my hips..i have dropped 22 points off my bmi and i am so glad about that anyway just thought i would share my bliss haha

well i have ofically lost 100 pounds total now yay !!

i don't know about anyone else but i hate to eat ..it hurts or gets stuck and i feel nauseated all the time...it's gotten so bad i couldn't eat for four days and then  i got strep throat and still couldn't eat ..the dr told me i had low potassium and low blood sugar ..ugh i feel terrible ...this has also caused me to stop losing weight ...on my 1 month post op i only lost 26 pounds for a total including my pre op diet of 40 pounds

i have lost 15 pounds pre op and 9 pounds post op so far = 24 pounds

i definetly had a what did i do moment i am feeling better now though and i hope the scale starts dropping soon

i am about a week away from my surgery and i am getting really nervous..i have had a lot of sleepless nights lately

i'm new to this site but..my surgery is set for jan 21st  i am excited and nervous
