Well I went to the Dr's on March 5th and they told me that i lost 5lbs of my pre-surgery weight. I only need 21 more lbs. I am so excited that I managed to lose 5 lbs in 3 weeks. I think thats opretty good and now im really starting to diet i wanna be able to lose more than the recommended weight. i have beeneating sooo much less. I start the day of with a slim fast drink and one for lunch. then i have my salad and yogurt for dinner. so hopefully by the time i go back on the 7th of april i will have lost at least 10. i feel much better eating less. It has been a very long and difficult road but i am managing well.

Well the 1st appointment finally came and Im excited. They told me I have to lose 26 pounds in four months before i can move on. My next appt is coming on this coming thursday which means only 4 more after this one. I dont know how to lose the 26 pounds but im gonna try. My next appointment is a nutrtional meeting. so i will update this in a week or two!  

Well finally I made it to my 1st appointment!!! Now only 5 more to go and I have a feeling that the time will go very quickly. luckily my insurance covers it 100% and I dont have to call or write them at all. At this visit i weighed 261 this is the highest that i have ever been and i dont like it! But hopfully within the next few months I can lose the weight they want me to and pass all the test. it was a good day and for once somebody didnt look down on me for being overweight like everyone has. the Dr.'s made me feel very welcomed in their office and they were very nice people. well I guess i gotta go put all my kids to bed so Ill be back when i know more of what is going on.

Well didnt make it to the 1st appointment last month because of the snow. So now I had to wait until the middle of feburary til i get another chance. I was so upset that i couldnt make it up to wilkes-barre but at least my next appointment is in 4 weeks and hopefully get the ball rollin! Ill come back and update this when i get some more updates!
