"My first impression of Dr. Bautista was that he is very serious. He expects you to have done your research ahead of the first meeting (which you should do anyway). Over time, he has lightened up a bit, especially after I started a walking 1.5 to 2 miles every day. He was very happy with my progress and it showed. The office staff is very nice and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I am currently undergoing the aftercare, and I have had my first fill just last week. It was almost completely painless and done very quickly. Dr. Bautista is an excellent doctor and although his bedside manner may not be the best, he is a very competent surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone."
