OK I have a date for the surgury!!! 4 Weeks Oct.13th AAHH so excited and can't wait! I just have to huury up and lose the pounds. I really need some support from anyone right now. My family is all supporting me but, it's not the same as someone in the same place as me, to share our feelings and help each other!! So Im looking for some great PPL to help me through the journey :)

I feel like this is a great place but i can seem to navigate my way i want to get help on work outs and trying to lose the weight before surgery. I just need a lil help just got this computer and I'm not very good with it lol. I know a 24 year old isn't very good with a computer in this era what but i im learning slowly but Shirley
