It's 9 years and all is GREAT!  I have kept the weight off. I weigh between 136 and 142 pending on my water retention. I still have some issues with pasta and I stay away from bread and I eat sugar free but I pretty much eat what I want when I want it. I don't miss any food. I continue to fit into a size 4 and love when people say that I am tiny. That word tiny and me still don't really seem to mix together. Anyway life is Grand and I am so glad I did this 9 years ago.
