"My first impression of Dr. Simon was that he wasn't very personable. I was a little shy and reserved about asking questions, but as time went on I became more comfortable. Plus I would rather have a surgeon who can answer every question for me and make me feel comfortable with the surgery than a surgeon who is just being nice. The other staff members in the office were a big help too. The nurse I worked with, Patricia, was absolutely amazing! She had so much patience when it came to me asking a ton of questions.
