"My first impression of Dr. Ganser was he seemed very compassionate, kind and a good sense of humor. He was the surgeon who led the free seminar and I liked his statistics so I picked him. The office staff at WBI has been nothing but wonderful. When I have called they answer the phones and my questions. They provide you with so much information so you know what you are getting into. Dr. Ganser answered all my questions he even reassured my 14 yr. old who had received mis-information from a teacher at school."
