I have been MIA for almost a Year...... I'm so Sorry...I just been so freakin' busy with work, my son, Health & LIFE... And I'm having a BLAST... The best Year of my life so Far.....I love my Transformation....I love the new me.....And I'm healthy. I feel so young again...This is the most AMAZING time of my Life...And I owe it all to Barix Clinics of PA.... Dr. PUP ,Dr.Marymor & Staff.... I worked my ass off...Litterally. LOL I still have more to go.... I have a consult for a Plastic Surgeon in 2 weeks for a breast lift & a possible tummy tuck... I cant wait. I'm at work as I type...I cant talk much..but I will definitely be back Monday to tell my year experience....

Hello Everyone!!!!

I been missing in ACTION, due to my new job as a ER Tech in a Busy ER! So most of the time I sleep during the day because I work night shift. I'm still going strong with the weight lose of 75lbs total all together. I am so HAPPY. I can breath, bend, jump, run, jog, etc without passing out or needing oxygen!!!lol I'm taking Zumba, Kick boxing, cardio circuit,  and having a ball! I'm grooving to the MJ game and working out on the treadmill and stepper. It's like boot camp!!!! On the days I cant make it to the gym, I does my own thing( Wii, dvd's, weights,  and Jump roping) when I get under 200lbs I made a promise to myself to start the dvd workout "INSANITY" so I can rock the "I earned it" shirt! Wish me luck!!!! I guess I have good snap back skin cause my skin is flawless!! I'm just lovin<3 it, like McDonald's( that I can't eat, lol)!!!

Hey Everyone, sad to say that i"m back to work ughhhhhh! I so was enjoying days off from work! I know it"s going to be hard due to the fact that i will not be home to grab a healthy snack. I will now have to pack lunch and bring my snack with me. I'm also 39lbs lighter! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 11 more lbs away from 50lbs. I'm so hype! Well happy new week for me; hopefully I can drop them pounds by next week!!!!! TTYL

I been gone for minute.... but I'm back! I been really busy trying to shed these lbs and so far I can say I'm 22lbs lighter! Loving it! I'm starting to feel it in my bra, underwear, pants, shirts, etc! Also, I'm getting to the gym about 3 to 4x a week and walking about 2 miles every other day! I'm playing with my soft foods@ this moment and dreading the fact about taking vitamins! I find some nice gummy bear vitamins for kids which is not bad! I hate the b12 sublingal drops(they suck,lol) and the probiotic pill(eating with applesauce, sugarfree) still pushing my liquids and trying to get in at least 3 meals and 2 snack per day! So far......SO GOOD<3

Man, it's been a rough week,ugh! My taste buds are playin games with me, I don't feel like eating but I have to for my body to heal and get the right nourishment's! Family cooking tempting foods, JERKS! LOL But to make a long story short: I'm so glad that I finally got thru the full liquids stage & started my puree foods on Saturday! talking about ewwwww! lol Constantly drinking water & fluids and I'm glad to say that I have my gas under control but the loud stomach noises is CRAZY! I signed up for my L.A fitness membership. I started  my strength & cardio training & Loving the gym! I'm trying to join the water aerobic class but I have to wait 1 more week! Since my surgery I have lost the total of 15lbs! yayyyyyyy looking forward to my 2 week appt on Tues! TTYL:)

So my surgery date was oct 14th, 2010! First one on the list! My appt time was @ 6:15am, surrounding me was my(mom,dad & my lil boy jason jr). Scared and nervous! But I had a non eventful surgery thanking my lord and savior! I'm so blessed! 
So, While I was admitted In the hospital I lost 7lbs. yayyyyyyy!!!! but the gas is a KILLER!!!! lol Pain level @ 1, just thankful to be home!(discharged date 10.16.10)
