well I have 103 lbs and it has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I wish that I had done it sooner.

Wow! I did it.  DH and I stayed at a hotel near the hospital the night before because we had to check in by 5:15am.  I didn' t sleep much I was just to excited. When we got to the hospital they had me leave my husband and said that I wouldn't see him again until after the surgery. That  was hard. In pre-op they staged us all (there was a room full of surgery patients). Because I got there first and had finished everything I got to go in first. I started to cry because I got nervous but then they gave me something to relax. They wheeled me into OR room 1 and then I woke up. I haven't had alot of problems. I have been very blessed. I am down 27 lbs and I am excited to continue my journey. I have such a great family I could not imagine going through all of this with out them.

Only a few more days. I have completed everything that the doctors asked for and now here I sit. I could have had the surgery on the 26th but because my sister was coming into town that day I choose to wait. I must really love her. I woke up all night with a tickle in the back of my throat and I am praying that I am not getting sick. Until next time.

Where do I begin? How about I start where I am now. I am 34, married, 3 kids, and I am going to have wls on 2/2/07. I am so excited to meet the new me. To do the things that I haven't been able to do. I have read so many profiles and stories and I have learned so much.  I saw that one lady put a list of all of the things that she has been looking forward to doing after she lost weight. She went down the list and was able to put -done- next to each of the ones she had completed. That is a really good idea. I think that I want to do that. It would be really cool to look back at that list after I lose all my weight.
