I've been obese...I always hated that word....since I was about 21 years old.  Well, that was 30 years ago!  It is time to do something about it since I have 2 beautiful, kind hearted daughters and 5 wonderful grandkids!  I do a lot with my grandkids but I don't usually feel like it.  I have fibromyalgia and sicca syndrome that cause a lot of pain...not to mention the pain the added weight causes!  I lost about 70 pounds back 10 years ago and I did feel so much better.  I am kind of nervous about it,  but have faith in Christ Jesus that He will walk me through it!  (sometimes I forget that I'm not the one in control...ha!)  I think my doctor, Dr. John Baker, is awesome, by the way!  I know he will do a wonderful job!
