I started this journey many years ago. At my heaviest I weighed 396, I was down to 376 at the time of my RNY in 2002. I lost weight successfully and rapidly. 11 weeks after my surgery I found out I was pregnant, even though I was on birth control. During my whole pregnancy I lost weight and was considered high risk. After my son was born I weighed 206 pounds. After anouther pregnancy and 9 years I have been teetering at 299, refusing to go over that mark I swore I would never see again. The 300's. So here I am looking at my revision options. Hoping to get something less evasive like the ROSE or StomphX, since I had a huge hernia and hernia repair across my abdomen and now there is a big mess wall. So we will see where the road takes me this time. I still to this day am so thankful that I had the surgery., and would do it again if I can/could.
