I am nervous ... 4 days until my surgery, I am going to take a long ride today to clear my mind . I am  looking at it this way , if i loose a hundred pounds then I can go faster on my bike!

I have alwasy been a large guy , 6'3" 345 can pick up a car.  the fat is not helping me pick up the car! so i am getting rid of it. I have tried it all .

What was the real kicker for me ....  about 9 months ago my life insurance policy was cancelled due to my weight of 345,  i hit the gym and maybe lost 5 lbs then gained 10.

I am flying down South to Texas in the morning.

I started the Pre-op Diet today,  so far so good.  I stocked up on fat free soups and broth , and some other junk.  10 days until surgery......

It has been a little hard, I would recommend not watching any food shows. I am 6 days in and lost 12 lbs . so i guess it is working
