Well, my husband is active duty in the United States Air Force. I had to do this surgery and recovery without him and its been really hard. He was gone this summer when my grandmother passed away and i'm still dealing with it and Now he is gone again and my aunt has passed away. I know this is a sacrafice i made when i married him and i'm so proud of him and proud to be an air force wife, But im already emotional from the surgery and now this....U never expect these things. I am an army brat so i'm use to the being gone and doing things. But it being ur spouse is something totally different!!
He left in Aug and wont be home till april. Then he says the other day that they may be sending him to afghan in june or july... So i will be a totally diff person. And How do i explain to him the emotions i'm going through with all this? He isn't here to experience it with me, so i dont know how to explain it!
anyways... thanks for letting me vent!
