APRIL 6TH 2008-
well i have one week and 1 day til my surgery. i'm getting nervous. i'm a born again christian and i believe that Jesus will protect me through the surgery and i know He'll keep me safe. but there's still a little piece of my flesh saying.... are you sure he's not gonna just let you die on the operating room table??? i know. my mind goes to the extremes. it's awful. i guess part of it is my bi-polar and generalized anxiety order.
i've tried to explain the surgery to my 4 year old and she somewhat understands that mommy will be in the hospital getting a band put around her stomach and that mommy will be getting thinner!
so that's all for now. everyone, please pray for me.
