hope to get peps that will at least chat on here on a regular basis for fun, support and info thanks everyone

my journey started seven yrs ago, i never reached my goal, goal was 100lbs off and only reached 74, struggle all the time and in the last yr i have gained up to 213 start weight was 274, even at goal weight i will not be thin or small, but i recently found out that my iron and b12 levels are low I struggle right now to maintain anything and now know i need support, anyone else who needs any kind of help pls sign up and we can do online meetings or in person, i have plans on where we might do so easily.  Looking forward to having a great support group
