To lose these 20 lbs again, and not let myself get away from my goal again. I have had a really rough year. I admit I use food to hep get me through it. But no more. I started the five day pouch test. Finished the five day pouch test. And lost 8 lbs. My hunger is subsided. I am back on track. I owe this to myself and my kids.
