I am 27, 5'4" 235 lbs, bmi 40.5 with several co-morbititiesincluding fibromyalgia, hypertension, joint and back pain from an injury,depression and migraines. I am looking forward to changing the outside of me to fit the inside. I also have bipolar disorder but am proud to be doing quite well now that it is effectively managed. I really gained a lot of my weight on medications in the past especially depression meds and fibro meds but I don't kid myself I had poor eating habits when I was down. Diets worked for me short term in my early twenties before onset of bipolar but my metabolism really changed with med changes and time. I hope my consult goes well and I am able to have the rny surgery. I could use a tool in achieving a maximum overall health benefit withmy new lifestyle.
