Well, I had a doc app. I had to get a small fill. I lost 2lbs in three months so I thought I needed a small fill now I am back on track and loseing again. I have 16lbs to go to reach my goal. I thank God for this band and giving me the strength to keep going on this journey to a healthier me and a Happier me. Well better go for now. One more thing Good Luck to all of you just starting out on this journey it will get hard at times but keep your heads up and remember why you did this God Bless to all.

Well, I made IT. One year ago today I had the band put in and have had nothing but GOOD things since. I have lost  76lbs I feel soo much better. I can do so many different things I no longer take meds for my blood sugar. I am just living life to teh fullest and loving it. Happy Bnadaversery to all who have this day.

Well, I am still losing :-) slowly but still getting it done. I have only had one fill and I am down to 158 pds. I am in a 9-10or 11-12 depending on style. I have about 23pds to go. I am loving my BAND. All I need to do is work out a little mor and I will get to goal. Soon I know I will be there. But in the mean time I love all the compliments I get now. :-).

Well, I seen the doc today he said all is going well. He told me he looks at my before pixs and, I do not even look like the same person that sounded really good. Made me real HAPPY :-). I lost 7.8lbs this month. My jeans were a size 13 and I looked HOT in them.  Haven't looked HOT a while. The last time I wore a size 13 was in 1992. Right after i got married. In 1990 I wore a size 5 and weighed 100lbs.  Thank God for the band. I love my band

Well, I am down 70lbs and I am wearing a size 14 and some 11,12 and 13 depending on how they are made. I am so proud of myself. :) 

HELLO TODAY WAS A CHECK-UP DAY I HAVE LOST 62 LBS TO DATE I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. 35 MORE LBS TO GO I LOVE MY BAND MOST DAYS.  MY DOC SAYS I AM DOING GEAT. I DID NOT HAVE TO GET A FILL. GOODY.

HELLO JUST WANTED TO SAY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.

Just wanted to say Merry Chrstmas and Happy New Year.  Well, it is the day after x-mas and I am down to 175lbs I must be doing good at this tmie of the year. I love this band last year I probley gained 10 lbs but this year I lost 10 lbs what a good job I am very proud of myself. I go to the doc 2-morrow for a check-up I do not think I will need a fill I am glad.  Well I better go for now. GOOD THINGS WILL HAPPEN IN 2008.

START/SURGERY/CURRENT/GOAL

Hello, I am down to 180lbs and I have only had one fill. I am just going along. And as they say I am rocking my band and I fell wonderful. Life is so great. And I just LOVE my BAND. Hope to be down in the 170's by next week. I have 45lbs to go. I LOVE THE BIGGEST LSOER SHOW AND I LOVE BEING A BIGGEST LOSER ALSO. Not going to get the money they get but, getting a nhole new life is PRICELESS  anyway. Happy Holidays to all.

I am so proud of myself I got on the scales this morning and I am down 40 lbs in two months. I only have 57 lbs to go to get to goal. YEEEE. I am down 2 jean sizes and counting. I ahve only had one fill so far. So I think I am doing realy good.  My husband is loving it too.
