Good MORNING fellow October BABY!!!! - and an early Happy ONE YEAR Re-birthday to you!!! I’ll be in sunny Las Vegas for a week so I wanted to send you early salutations! I found this quote and just love it! When running up a hill, it’s alright to give up as many times as you wish – as long as your feet keep moving. By - Shoma Morita M.D. I can only imagine that your experience has been wonderful. Full of changes and new experiences. Congratulations to YOU!!! If you have an opportunity and/or haven’t already, please stop by and update your profile! We’d all love to know how well you’ve progressed!!! If you have a few moments, please take the time to send well wishes to your fellow “re-birthday” buddies!!! It’s a great boost to them as well as yourself. I'd also like to invite you to participate in the October 2003 message board. We do have activity and enjoy hearing from our peers! Have a FANTASTIC DAY! I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.~*~Hugs~*~

Thinking of you and wishing you a speedy recovery and a wonderful journey... I know it was the right decision for me. It will be hard in the beginning. You may even question why you did this and have regrets... I did. But hang in there because time is your saving grace. Just remember that it gets easier and the outcome makes it all worthwhile. God Bless You!!

10-09-2003 7:00pm EST Hello to All!! Jen's surgery went well today and she is resting comfortably at this time! We started out getting to the hospital at 4:30am and Jen was the first surgery at 7:30. The surgery lasted about 4 1/2 hours and then another 3 hours in the recovery room. I was able to see Jen a little after 4:00pm when she was finally in a room. A private room at that! She was looking good, but extremely tired (of course). Jen has an epidural which is numbing her mid section completely and will continue for another day perhaps. I don't know yet how long Jen will be in the hospital. The doctor has ordered a test for the morning which should show more as to how things are holding up and we should know more then. We both want to Thank You, Everyone, for your thoughts, prayers, and best wishes!! Jenny & Pete
