Food choices is a very important issue. I don't have cravings for chips, or junk foods since the op. I try to focus on high protein foods, mainly. If I do eat any junk food, it's a pinch here and a piece there. never the hold thing. Anyhow I have found food don't rule me anymore. I rule it. I thank my God I don't get hungry or crazings. Hope you are doing well. Hugs

Pat, I am a huge salty/sweet lover! Some things I like to eat that have alot of protein are cheese, Carmel Nut Blast Balance bars, Hot wings w/blue cheese, and Pamento cheese salami roll ups(easy to make). Get creative with cheese. I sample different cheeses so I don't get bored. I try to stay away from chips. They don't make me get sick, but they don't make me feel good either. I also find the chips don't fill me up well. I love Pringles and Keetle cooked chips but I have found these alternatives make me feel better and are what my body needs. Making the right food choices is still a part of life but I think my choices are all yummie so I don't feel deprived. Find alternatives you love. Good luck!
