UPDATE: 17 months post-op. Highest weight was 306.6lbs. Current weight is 156. I've gone from a size 28 to a 10. I feel fantastic most of the time. My lowest weight was 153. I regained up to 164, and then got back on track. ;)
I had my sleeve gastrectomy, as planned, on October 17th, 2014. I was 270 lbs the day of surgery and today, February 2nd, 2015, I am 210 lbs. I've gone from a size 28 to a size 16. I'm so happy with the decision I made to have this surgery!
