The Opti-Fast diet started

....and so far it isn't that bad. I just think it is going to get boring, but I will have to creative with it. I was given the OK that I could eat come regular food for Christmas dinner. So I will be having a small piece of lean steak and veggies. Yep that is all I am allowed to have. But I am OK with that. At least it is something.

this Sunday 12/19/10. I will be on it until I have my surgery 02/14/11. That will be 57 days!!!!!! I have a feeling this will be my most challenging thing yet, but I am going into it with an open mind and willing to accept it. I just keep looking at the bigger picture which is how I will feel after this is all over.

Today is my final weight in with my diet and exercise doctor, then everything is being submitted to my insurance company for approval. This should be a good weigh in today. I am down 28 pounds 
I am so proud of myself for how far I have come and not given up. I can only hope that I get the good news from Aenta soon!!!!
