Starting over AGAIN!

UGH! Starting over again means... The company that I work for has decided to change our group insurance AGAIN, So I am now back to Optima HMO Insurance and getting ready to start the whole process all over. Having to go have to the doctor with the new insurance/having to get the referrals and stuff going. I have the determination that even at my lowest, I will not give up. I want to have a better life.

After waiting an eterney to get an answer from the insurance company. I decided to call the about 3 weeks ago, mustering up the courage to do so was a very big deal for me. Procrastination is my best friend and worst enemy. I would rather procrastinate about something that to deal with it so I don't have a negative response to deal with.
Anyway upon calling them it was discovered that they had in fact received my letter, but it was in a pile o' papers waiting for someone to do something with them. I was told by the gentleman that I was talking to I would receive a response within 2 weeks. So now there I am with a denial respsonse from Anthem. Not sure which way to turn and very discouraged
