Ok...this is kinda strange...whats wrong with me?

Ok so last night....i was getting ready for bed, and all of the sudden, I got this strange feeling....It sort of felt like I didnt eat anything all day and I felt shaky....So I made myself a bowl of cereal....well the feeling didnt go away....For dinner earlier that day, I had some pasta...and I drank some iced tea....Could this have been a dumping episode??? The Iced tea was rather sweet, and I usually tolerate sugar in foods, however when its a drink with sugar I get a sick feeling.....This kind of scared me because,  the feeling made me feel weak, and I just had to lay down and go to sleep....STRANGE...Any advice is appreciated!!! Thanx
