Hi my name is Pam, and I am one of those people who has been on a roller coaster ride for several years with my weight. I have been very lucky that I have had no health issues that I needed to deal with before making this life long decision.
I have finally come to the conclusion that I needed to do something about it, and have it be a permanent one.
Since I got married in 2006 I gave birth to a daughter who is very active and she wants me to be able to do everything she does and more. Well carrying around this extra weight just makes things harder for me.
I want to be a healthy mom who can enjoy all the exciting things in life with her.
I have felt very fortunate to have such wonderful support from my husband, family, friends and co-workers from the very beginning.
I am looking forward to seeing the "NEW ME"
