John Alexander

"I have read every profile from Dr. Alexander's patients. All of the accounts and stories were very accurate. No surprises. The wait was 2.5 hours. Dr. Alexander would have spent as much time as I wanted for the consult. I really liked his comments regarding LAP surgery. He said that he does not like LAP surgery because it allows the surgeon a 2D view of the procedure instead of a 3D view. He said, and I agree, that the 3D allows a better view in locating potential problems. He drew a diagram of the procedure and put in terms that instilled confidence and comfort in me. So far he gets high marks. POST-OP UPDATE - I had my three week post-op visit on 4/3/03. I want to compliment the office staff on the great way they have taken care of me. I had developed an infection on my incision a couple of days prior to my post-op visit. My wife called the office and described the incision to Tina. Tina was very quick to respond and got a prescription called in. I was taking my first dose of antibiotics within two hours of my first call to the doctors office. Very impressive. It gets better. DeDe (the office manager) called me the next day to make sure that I was taking the medication and asked if I had any questions. I truly appreciate the concern and follow up. All of this merely confirms that I selected the correct team to perform my surgery."

RHD Memorial Medical Center

"Every staff member I met was superb! They were all helpful, caring, and competent. The hospital ordered a special bed just for my surgery. See my profile for details. I can't say enough great things about this hospital."
