I am a single mom of a beautiful miracle baby . I have lupus and crohns disease. I had weightloss surgery VSG June 9th 2016 and every day since then I follow a pretty strict keto/paleo combination diet.

 When I started my Journey I weighed 326 in March... Surgery was in June... 313 that morning. Love adjusting to my new life style.

My dads had the full gastric bypass with Folie pouch... pretty good knowledge but own personal help just needed from day to day habbits.
