past the half way point!

My goal was to loose 150lb, and I've lost 78lb! Woohoo!! However, I have been struggling as of late. I haven't been eating more than once or twice a day, haven't had any protien supplements in almost 2 months, and have been having trouble remember to taking all my pills and vitamins and all that. Today I noticed a significant amount of hair on the floor of the shower when I was done bathing, and even more hair on the hairbrush after brushing it out, then even more as I applied product to my hair! Eek! Also, I have had little to no energy on most days, and simple, every-day tasks, such as taking a shower and getting dressed, have left me completely exhausted! Obviously this is a HUGE problem. So, tonight I am determined to make the necessary changes to ensure that I stay on track. I'm doing research on new protein powders, and have drawn up a food chart to help me keep track of what I am eating. Hopefully this, along with more effort on my part, will get me back on the ball!
