"My first impression of Dr. W. Christian Oakley was very informative and very skilled. I really researched and thought he was the best surgeon for the job, though I had gone to several orientations before I had heard of him. Turns out he has done the most lap. gastric bypass surgeries out of any of the other surgeons I interviewed plus I just felt very taken care of with him. His office is just awesome and his assistant Jennifer helps you with what ever needs arise. Dr. Oakley Has a very structured aftercare program and a awesome support group that meets once a month. Jennifer his assistant hosts it plus when I went Jen the dietician was there, Jane a nurse who teaches the pre-surgery class and Anita the social worker. (Helps with changing your lifestyle) was there. Dr. Oakley was very honest about the risks of surgery and what you will have to do afterwards because surgery is just a tool, you have to change your lifestyle, eat healthy and moderate amounts, exercise and take care of yourself. I really would highly recommend Dr. W. Chrisitan Oakley he truly is a doctor of excellence!!"
