Looking for support

Hi, I am new to this site and I'm looking for some information guidance, advice and just plain support. I had my vertical gastric sleeve done on 6/29/16. In the first month I lost 25 pounds and in the second month it was very slow but I have now lost a total of about 30 to 32 pounds depending on the day which is very frustrating for me as instead of seeing continual loss, I have been pretty much at a standstill with the fluctuation of 2 pounds up or down over the past couple of days. My SW 257 and CW 226.4. I am eating about 600 clean, healthy calories and exercising. I feel good and have regained my energy but I am frustrated that the weight loss is slow to non existent over the past few weeks. Any advise, experiences, words of wisdom?
