I decided to set some goals on here, I set the main on, TO LOOSE 50-80LBS BEFORE STEP 2..
Ive been doing good back on track for day 4, only that I did awake in the wee mornings and at 3 bites of supper last night...
That is one thing I do, I wake or even half sleep and I eat in the night... I just had a heart to heart discovery with this resulation about couple months ago...
I am asking my husband to start putting food away and clean up...
I come home after working 8 hrs and doing an hour long 4km walk..
Dinner is still on table etc, I put it away but Im also eating it too....Plus Im straving after that walk...
So I thought Id have a fruit and 1 pack of oatmeal or yogurt about 10:30...
If and when hubby does what I ask,
When I get home... Ill have herbal tea... Hopefully it will stop me from eating when Im not hungry or even should be eating...
Still have to find something to do when I find myself in the fridge or pantry in the middle of the night...
Also proud that after almost 3 years I havent been on my ellipitcal and I started again on the 2nd of March... I plan on min 21, 5 days a week...
Days I have off I am working up to an hour a day plus my regular work I do...
Time will tell...
This is my last chance to do this without going under the knife....

Ive done step 1 for the surgey, I was onboard with it till I started reading others peoples experience after op. Now I am having second thoughts. I need to loose weight, Im tired of being fat and un happy.. Im always sore and I walk everywhere. So I will buckle down and try to loose 50 to 80lbs before stage 2, that is about 8months till then.
November I stop having pop and sugar. I was eating every 3hrs something really small and walking home from work which is an hour long well speed walking... I thought I lost 10lbs but once I went to my doctors apointment it said I was 275lbs still...Grrrr...But Ive been using the same skill at a playgroup for my 2 children and for a year it read 275lbs. All my hard work is lost. I feel off my wagon..
But Starting tomorrow March 1st, Im back on... I am moving food to every 4hrs and making time on my elepitcal 21min per day(3min slow, 3 min fast) 5 days a week... I already have my day planned tomorrow for food... I will have one scrambled egg and about noon have a bowl of cereal(musuxli) then 4 hours later a small meal and rest of the day will be fruit and a yogurt for next meal...
I am also going to drop my coffee intake cause I do take 3 creams, about 5 coffees a day to 2 a day... I will have a tea when I get home from work after my long walk to stop me for eating... So lets hope this works then my family wouldnt have to deal with my recovery... but if I dont go to at least 50lbs I am back on board..
This is my very first blog that Ive done, A friend been trying to get me on this site forever and I finally did.. Not sure if I should of due to I got scared of the surgey but this place seems like a good support system for everyone who is dealing with weight issues..
Looking forward to many months reading and seeing people changing their lifes for the better...
