Well it has been almost 22 months since my surgery and a lot of things have changed.some good some not so good but I would have this surgery again in a heartbeat if it was needed.my beginning weight was 356 pounds with a bmi of 67.3 my weight now is 208 with a bmi of 39.3 which means that I'm still considered to be OBESE how I hate that word.but I don't think I will ever make it down to the 128 pounds that will get me out of the obese ratings.so I will keep on trying to get to that size.but at least I have better health than I did before the surgery.so please keep me in your prayers as I surely do need them as I get very disheartened with the amount of weight I still need to loose to be considered NORMAL in this world!!! Well I guess I better go for now and stop bending your ears, but felt like I needed to update my file for now and will try and be better about the updates.
