need help

having a bad day, as a matter of fact i have alot of bad days. don't know if i should have band removed or what's going on.
2yrs out & i still have trouble. food seems to get stuck, even water. i think i'm doing everything right.  i usually end up throwing, that's not good.going back in april, maybe sooner if this keeps up.
