Well its very exciting to be this far along. On July 30th I was 6 months post op! I have offically lost 100lbs and I'm Very Very happy about it. The journy hasn't been easy, but it has totally been worth it. One thing I'm struggling with is excersizing. I just find it so incredibly boring, I get all excited when I think about it but when I get to the gym I'm bored out of my mind. So I need to figure something else out in the department. As for food, I can pretty much eat anything, but I'm still trying to tell my brain that I have to be very very very careful! HAHA! Well I just figured I'd give everyone and update, best of luck!!
