I have bile reflux which casues naseau and sour stomach with a sour taste in mouth 24/7. My endoscopy showed bile reflux.  I am scheduled for a UGI but was hoping some one else has had some experience with this with some tips. I am 10 years out from my RYGB.  I was maintaing my weight loss for 8 years, until this started occuring.  I found myself snacking to sooth my miserable tummy pouch.  Any ideas, malox doesnt help, I cant take Carafate and the PPI reduce acid not bile... Hoping to hear from you
