Hi
My name is Joyce, I currently live in Bentonville Arkansas. I am 33 years old and married to the love of my life Jessy. We have 4 children all together, 2 who live with us and 2 who do not. Aaron, my son is 14 and Sarah our new baby is 11 months. I currently am 5'4 inches tall and weigh 288 pounds. I have always struggled with my weight since I was a little girl. I have tried all the fad diets and we all know the sad end result. I have continued to be overweight and have become more and more affected physically and mentally by my weight. I am currently on disablity and not able to work and at times that can make a person feel pretty useless. My family is my glue. They hold me together and give me the strength I need to heave ahead. Over the past 4 years i have went downhill fast with illness that is either caused by obesity or made worse. I have long considered Bariatric Surgery long before the procedure i am wanting to start working for was approved. I am hoping to have Lap Band procedure done. I have Medicare and read here on the boards that they are now approving surgery! That is sooo awesome! Please pray for me and my journey. I have a few obstacles that I know will become BIG hurdles for me, and I am determined to work through and come out a winner for once in my life.
