"I have only met with Dr. Jacobs once and it couldnt havea been a more positive experience. I had been warned that surgeons are often "cold" or have poor people skills. He was very friendly and personable, he explained the procedure very clearly and calmed a lot of the concerns I had been having. His staff has been very helpful and always avalible to answer any questions I have had. He stresses that this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. Dr. Jacobs was open and very forth coming about the possible risks and/or side affects of the surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering having this sugery. "
