"I thought he was very patient and listened well to my concerns. He also seemed very knowledgable and I felt comfortable that he was one of the best to perform the surgery.
My impression didn't change of him over time, I thought he was wonderful.
His office staff was polite and kind.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about him. Sometimes though there was difference of opinion between his staff and him and that could be a little confusing but I generally went by what he said.
Future patients should feel very confident with him.
My opinion of him is that aftercare is very important to him and his staff and I feel comfortable knowing that I can call at any time with concerns if I have them.
They have a very structured aftercare program which includes diet and excersise.
He talked to me in length about the risks of surgery so that I went into it with my eyes wide open. I also felt that they did everything within their power and if you followed all of the rules they gave you that your chances of having a safe WLS journey were great.
I would rate him and his staff an A+. Surgical competence #1 and bedside manner #2.
