I have to say I am very blessed to be at the 4 year mark and continue to have success!  It has not been just smooth sailing but I have managed to get back on track after having regained a bit of weight when I reached 150 again I thought to myself you have not investested this much time into being healthy to let it all go!  So I am happy to say that I am now at an even lower weight than I was at when I started to regain!  I am enjoying life and keeping focus of what is important and how I need to maintain and continue to be healthy!

Today is my 10th Anual 29th Birthday!  Wow I can't believe it!  I am doing well and I am adjusting to my new life here in Colorado.  I have a good job that I enjoy and its been wonderful being closer to my Parents and Daughter. 

I am also dating a very sweet guy so that too is an positive in my life.
I went home to Wyoming to see my nephew graduate from HS over the weekend.  Hard to believe he is now college bound seems like only yesterday he was 3 yrs old and raiding the fridge in the middle of the night an eating beets in the closet!  Leaving the evidence all over his face and hands to be discovered in the morning! Wonderful memories!

As for my health I continue to do well; my healthfair blood results were great and I need to get an appointment for my checkup now that things are slowing down at work. 

I am now 142 lbs feeling great  although its hard to get used to all the complements.  I guess my own self image hasnt caught up yet! 

In closing I have to say that life is good and I have "just enough" so what more could a girl ask for!

I am here in Colorado now been very busy with trying to get my parents moved into their new house as well as job hunting!

I am grateful to say that I have finally started to lose again and I am currently at 143 lbs!  I am not at all sure why I broke through my platue but what ever it was I am glad it happened!  Maybe because my stress level is lower?  Well anyway  thats the latest!

Well there is a lot going on in my life including my resent move from Wyoming to Colorado to be closer to my family.  I continue to learn and grown regarding my health and I am now at 148 lbs  I would still like to reach my goal weight but my Doctor has said I am just fine where I am at. 

I feel good and I am so grateful for all the support I have gotten throughout this journey!

Well I am still losing as I head towards my 1 year mark  I am now at 153 lbs!  I have 28 lbs to go!

Well my 1 yr is coming up!  And its still slowly coming off!  I am now down to 154 lbs 29 more to reach my ideal weight!  I feel good and thats what is important!

Well I am now under 160!  Whoo hoo!  I now weigh 158 and I have 33 more pounds to go!  I cant believe thats been close to a year sense I have had my surgery!  March 27th is fast approaching!

Feel Great!  And I have no regrets in making changes in my life to become healthy! 

Well its Nov and Im now down to 163 lbs!  I have 38lbs to go to reach my goal weight of 125! 

Its slower coming off now but I am so grateful for all the blessings I have in my life including my road to healthy living!

Well I am now under 180!     I am 178!  And I am wearing a cute pair of green capri pants that my friend Michelle gave me and they are a size 10! 

I told her those arent  gonna fit me; when she handed me a pile of pants!  And they all fit!

I cant even remember the last time I wore this size... ,maybe when I was 22 yrs old!

Well I am happy to say that I am now below 200!  I am at 182 and I feel fantastic!  Well weight wise anyway!  I have been struggling with vertigo for about 2 weeks now!  but I hope now that I am on the mend taking sudifed  to get the fluid out of my inner ears! 

I had my doctor visit on the 3rd of Aug and that went super as well!  I am experiencing some hair loss but he assured me that it will grow back and that he doesn't have any bald patients!  So that is a plus!  I am thinking of cutting it super short  in the mean time!
