I have a date of June 22nd 2009. I am super excited but scared at the same time. Please keep me in your prayers if you think of it. I am still looking for an angel so if anyone wants to volunteer...be my guest! lol.

I have a new closer consult date...woohoo. They had an opening for Dec. 4th so I am going this week.
I am do happy that the show is getting on the road!

Hello, I just thought that I would update that my consult with Dr. Trieu has been scheduled. It is for 2/4/09. Seems like a long time. After the consult I know there are several other appointments and things to do, so I guess I won't be having surgery until at least late spring or summer.  :(  I was hoping to get through the process sooner, I was expecting to be able to schedule a consult within the next month. Oh well, busy practice I guess. A step forward is a step forward right? Gotta stay positive.

Hello everyone, I am just starting on my WLS journey, I am looking forward to getting to know people here and giving and getting support that is offered freely on this site. I live in Northern Maine and unfortunately have to travel 5 hours one way to meet with my healthcare professionals. So I need to be extra commited to the cause, lol. Thats all for now, I will post when I have interesting and witty things to say, lol.
