"From the time that I walked into Dr. Li's office I felt welcome and very comfortable there starting with the staff. The staff always has a smile and is readily available to help you. When I initially met Dr. Li. I was so impressed with her. Not only did she ask me questions but she also took all time time that I needed in order to answer any questions that I had. I had full and complete answers from her about the procedure (gastric bypass) by the time that I left her office.Very professional yet very personable. I would recommend her to anyone I know if they needed this type of surgery. I was even given a welcome hug before leaving her office...that meant a lot to me. It showed me that maybe she cared about me as a person and since leaving the office that first day, she has proved it beyone my expectations!
