"The first appointment was very hard to get. My appointment is on August 28,2001. I'll let you know after my first appointment my first impression of him and his staff. His office called on August 2nd and told me my
appointment was cancelled. When I called back they gave me a September 4th date. I have been waiting since April for this appointment! Had my appointment on Sept 4th.
Dr Quinlin seems like a very nice man. His office staff seemed very friendly also. I went to my appointment on Sept 25 with my hubby. Dr Quinlin was not only on time but he was early. He sat with us and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and helpful to both of us."
